Do girls like the Dad bod or six pack pack abs? I would categorize myself as having a dad bod. I'm 23 years old, around 6ft tall, weigh close to 210lbs. Judging from these pics should I drop some weight and get cut with a six pack or maintain this look? Which bodytype would you girls find more attractive on a male? Comment your opinions below.

Most women now prefer the 'dad bod'. Primarily because most women are now officially obese themselves, and a fat guy makes them feel less insecure and more comfortable about their own overweight status, as well as giving them an excuse to indulge in overeating, and not do anything about their own fitness or obesity levels no matter how lazy, unfit and obese they get ("tried looking in the mirror lately? YOU'RE fat, don't you point the finger at me!").
@shi-shi Far from it. I'm just relaying the reason which multiple women have stated, both IRL and here on G@G, for preferring obese men over fit men, and not wanting to be with a man who's fit and in shape. Because, according to them, it would make them feel bad about themselves, and their own body image.
Wouldn't take so long for you to cut up. It's just will power and effort. Do it for you, not other people. I know I'm not a woman lol. Doing it for yourself is the only way you'll do the upkeep. No point getting ripped then getting off ypur regiment to lose all the hard work.

Hmm well I feel bad subjecting you since it’s all personal preference anyways. And the best example I can think of for a guys body I like is my boyfriends! Lol! He gave me permission to post it so. I don't know I guess he’s more of the lean physique. But even if he gained a little weight I wouldn’t mind. 🤷🏼♀️ I think you look fine. But if you are concerned some light cardio would be beneficial. Heart health and all that.

I used to play football before I started collage and I was much leaner and my cardio was better too. I'm probably gonna drop 10-15lbs
It's not bad to look at, i'll tell you that ;-) Although, totally imho, but maybe loosing some fat would do good for you, what do you think? not necessary getting muscle, i think u are already set in that department. I'm talking strictly fat. For example those arms look a bit bulky and short. Still powerful and masculine but i'd shred them a bit tbh.

yeahh I was already thinking about cutting some weight because I used to be much leaner before I started collage.
You look fine but If you loose some weight in the gut area you would look better to me. You do look very strong though. I like athletic body but am not really a dad bod fan. But if you were my man I would like it just fine.
For me, I prefer dad bods. It's so.. fucking.. hot. It's just some sort of dominance about it I guess. I mean it's what I like. But I feel like how you currently are, suits you best. It's actually better than having a really fit look. It's just my opinion <3
This site is WEIRD. There were several polls where women insist that their ideal male body type is a very skinny guy with a bit of muscle. Now here they want this guy to stay a dad bod.

From what I've noticed women over 30 like the dad bod look and women under 30 like the boyish six pack look.
It's also shown that the majority of women who themselves are overweight prefer the 'dad bod'. So maybe it's just that most women on this site are older and/or fatter than average.
You look good. No need to change. Many women feel intimidated by men with six packs and nice muscles. Personally i like from skinny to the same as your pictures. I would not go for bigger than that tho.
Dad bod perks: You'll never turn down a burger cause your on some diet. You won't have a bigger chest than her. You always have a pillow for her to sleep on.
More fat would still look good on you as well, so no need to worry. If you want to lose weight, you can, but there's absolutely no need to. Most girls love a soft pillow for a boyfriend ;)
I prefer the dad bod type. But it doesn’t matter one way or the other as long as the person is healthy and active because that’s the lifestyle I prefer.
I think you look fine though. Huggable and comfy is the right way to go lol. Of course if you would want to lose some weight it's fine too. But I think i can stare at you all day though oops
You are perfect to me. I personally like a but more weight, but id be happy if I was your girl. You have a nice huggable body and your back and arms are 👌.
Not a fan of dad bod; but not a deal breaker either. Since you're young, I'd recommend losing some weight. No need to get full on 6 packs, but lose a little weight and tone up a bit.

I got suddenly very shy, I think your body looks wonderful.. That being said, you should do what makes you happy, if you'd be more happy with a leaner body then go for it!
Your stomach seems rather flat even if you aren't skinny. I don't think you have a dad bod. Personally if I had to chose I would prefer a guys who had a six pack over a guy who have a dad bod.
