True of many women today, I hear. One theory I've heard is that as the quality of women declined, the motivation for most guys to be supermen also declined. So now there's fewer supermen. What they think of as "supermen" today is a way higher bar to reach than what superman was 30+ years ago. So, her value went down & her perception of what she deserves went up.

But why won't we look at Clark? He's got a good job, same body, same face, same dick size etc as superman. It must be the way he presents himself. Perhaps contact lens or nicer specs, a better hair style, and a suit that doesn't look like it was found in a charity shop.
The truth is men present their Kent side to us and that's why we reject them.

In general, women expect a partner that is far greater quality than she is. If he has 2 things that aren't near perfect about him, but she has at least 8 or more things that aren't near perfect about her, she thinks it would be settling for him.
