I started a new job overnights, and I know I’m new but a girl is being overbearing, she’s nice at times but can be moody. I feel like have to walk on eggshells, this is my third weekend on my own and I work in a home.
I’m just wondering what are some ways to be assertive, so she understands that I don’t take shit from anyone.
I don’t want to be taken advantage of, and I’ve made mistakes.. I’m human.
I wouldn’t let someone be rude, but I don’t want anyone taking advantage of my duties.
What are some ways?

The best thing to do is ignore her. Because ignoring a girl will make her feel less important hence you will have taken her power to boss you around. Avoid looking at her even when she’s speaking to you as if you can’t hear her, and if she repeats herself or feels annoyed look at her expressionless and say “I’m sorry what? “ as if you weren’t focusing on her rather than doing your job.
I’m pretty sure doing this few times will get her off you and even change her attitude towards you completely
Do you have to talk to her? Can she be avoided at all?
I guess I could, and if she tries to boss me around I’ll just decline.
