What we should remember when someome we fancy doesn’t fancy us?

In roughly consecutive order:

• Did we behave poorly and we know it? If so, apologize.
• Has there been a misunderstanding? If so, attempt to clarify and correct it.
• Are they holding a grudge over something that we consider minor? If so, give them time to cool off, and maybe change their mind.
• We can't think of anything we did poorly or wrong, they just don't like us. If so, let them go, and move on. If they don't appreciate us then there's little point trying to convince them or putting effort into the person or relationship.
• Are they actually the problem? Are they being unreasonable, or unforgiving, don't take any accountability, and are blaming us? If so, fuck 'em.

Like, "oK, houstonite, you found "your person", because what, you live in houston. I'm here in cleveland, and I've yet to find someone here, in cle. Why did YOU have to settle for someone IN HOUSTON"
