Being a woman is harder for all the expectations people and society put on us, forget childbirth and pregnancy because some woman can't even have kids and some choose not to have them. But we have to constantly deal with being judged for everything we do. Where as if a guy got a job and lives alone no one really gives a fuck how he lives his life. But as women all these people always got something to say about how we live our lives even if you are good and not a slut. People still care how we dress, how we look, what job we have, you should have children, you should be married, you should get a better job. Then we have monthly periods and hormone changes that literally make me super emotional and suicidal every month for like week sometimes 2. Also men want us to be chaste but they can do whatever the fuck they want. They also lie to try and get us to fall for them just so they can get us in bed and we have to protect ourselves from this stuff constantly. This shit gets tiring.

Well that part is certainly no fun if that's what you're asking. But it's generally harder because of the endless assumptions and social pressures about "what being a woman" means today. Very frustrating, though guys grapple with their version of this as well.

Yes if you add in monthly period pain of cramps, headaches, sore breasts and backs. And maybe if we're lucky having two balanced hormone weeks out of each month.

Being a woman is harder because we are overall more vulnerable. Which yes does include pregnancy and childbirth but those aren't the main reasons it's harder
