Is this behaviour Dillusional? Substance Abuse? Or other?

So recently observed some what I can only refer to as crazy behaviour and wanted to get others opinions,

So a girl I was talking to on a social platform/forum began body shaming including weight, loose vaginas etc only to go on commenting she does kegals during sex and she finds it crazy people judged her over hers (not a single person had mentioned hers or question her bedroom performance). Blocks multiple people for disagreeing and/or defending the body shaming or will just say I'm soo done with this conversation bye. (If you know you know 😉)

The same contradicting and random sort of stuff repeats on multiple times during the day and she was just generally of topic/not inline I guess I'd call it.

Do you guys and girls also think

Is she on drugs?
Delusional?

I'm having trouble understanding her mindset 🤔 other than she must be high as a kite on something 😂

There are a lot of people, even here on GaG, that do not tolerate contradiction and that will block you for having diverging opinions. I know because those that block me do it for that very reason. They cannot accept that others do not concur with their point of views and have the urge to start arguing to try to make you change your mind, using fallacious arguments that have no scientific proof.

There are multiple reasons why someone would act like that and it could be just any of the ones you mentioned or even some psychological factor that really should be addressed by a specialist.
