If a guy asked you out and kept pursuing you in a gentleman way then there is no abuse there. If he is acting out, like a stalker, then you have an issue. Showing up at your workplace, all over your social media, all up in your phone. At that point you need legal advice.

Not a abuser but it does show a inability to respect you or understand what no means it can be hard as many women they they are attracted to persistence but this is definitely a bad thing
