Is there enough ground for me to complain to my boss's boss?

My boss is constantly harassing me and falsely accusing me of things just for her to later found out that she was wrong all along. I have a paper trail of this too.

I'd say you've definitely got grounds to take it to their boss at this point. A few things to do:

- Document everything that's happened in detail with dates/times, including their false accusations and how you proved them wrong each time.

- Make a professional list of specific incidents you can point to that were unacceptable behaviors from your boss.

- Talk to HR or their boss directly to report the ongoing issues. Be calm and factual when explaining.

- Emphasize you just want the harassment to stop and for them to do their job professionally. Not looking to get anyone fired necessarily.

- Have your evidence ready to back up your claims in case they try denying it.
