I found this on my sister laptop 1 week after her disappearance what does this mean?

Im 15 and my sister 21 she left unexpectedly she been acting different few days before. So she usually leaves and doesn’t come back until like a few days later without telling us. But a week and 3 days has passed n I found the on her laptop. I’m not sure what she means by this but I’m getting even more worried I want to know the meaning behind this…. and we def called the cops after the 5th day because she usually comes back. But I feel like I made a mistake. But please anyone does anyone know what this means.

Why are you not able to conceal with your local police department? Your sister wherever she is at is asking for some one to help her from whomever. Which seems is why your the one who actually found it please report it the local police departments and even FBI website has numbers for local report help hotlines numbers too. & They could help if your not get any help with the local police department sadly sometimes they just quickly keep thinking she just a random young female who is just wanting to be having freedom. Which I don't see anything from freedom. This is extremely IMPORTANT matter no matter how young this person could be It shouldn't be judged by their age because what I see in between the lines is she is in possibly a toxic abusive relationship with a unknown person who you and family might never known anything about because she might be Trying to protect you the family too I hope things get better.
