What could this possibly mean?

So, I have an extremely low heart rate for someone my age. And no, I'm not a professional athlete. My bpm is 30 at resting. I've already gone to the hospital about all of that. Plus I have migraines that can make me go blind or have double vision for a few hours. On medication for these things.

My question today is about something that's been happening recently... I don't know if anything above has to do with this but why not give the reasons why I ended up in the hospital a few times?

Anyway, I don't even know if this is real, could be a hallucination (yes, I do have hallucinations sometimes) or a dream. It happens just as I'm waking up, so I'm barely awake and barely asleep. Not exactly conscious during the period of it. My head has a raging thumping to it, I can't move my body at all, and my vision seems blurred for no reason. Yet, I can go back to sleep and wake up a few hours later and nothing happens.

Does anyone know what this could be? Am I just hallucinating?
Also, I have already set up a doctor's appointment so there's no need for you to tell me to seek more professional advice.
