My mom is like that. She’ll make plans because she wants to/it sounds fun in the moment and then she’ll change her mind and wish she didn’t make the plans because she loves just being at home. Then she goes anyway (but whining about it for days before and saying she wants to cancel), and ends up having so much fun. Same thing every time
