I think it has a lot to do with seeing white women in an imaginative lens. I think a lot of men who have not grown up to many pretty white women fall into this lens.

For example, a person who has frequent exposure to pretty white women might notice things like natural hair on the arms and sometimes legs, which can reinforce the idea that they are just as normal as everyone else, at least in the attachment to earth sense, not some out of this world beauty.

I think some people prefer white woman over other similar ethnic cultures to themselves because white people have a biologically proven collective tolerance for pain that is higher than all other racial groups such as Asians or south Asians, so that might be perceived as having an additional grit or athletic audacity.

The other thing is, white culture is more subdued because people are more likely to placate their impulses by concealing their drives in public. Many cultures outside Europe believe in whole hearted social appraisal without the inhibition of concealing or reordering their conversational mandate to fit into a subtle and low demand form of social prerogative, and this might be because the cultural diversity in Africa is wider so there is more pressure to be socially reductionist in what you express or front to others in order to be quickly and positively interpreted by people.

Sexual dimorphism has many features. Color difference is just another difference. Opposites attract. This is basic evolutionary biology.
