I hate world standards!!! I'm so mad! This is why I wear short dresses and skirts at times because of it. I'm so fed up! Sure modest means show less skin but when is it really too much? I feel like people are haters and hypocrites. I wear shorts underneath my skirts and dresses. Long and short. And I'm a virgin. I want to feel good within myself. I don't wear clothes to get attention. I do it because I like it and I feel confident

Clothing doesn't mean nothing these days. Yeah the Bible tells us to be covered up and wear something appropriate. What does that even mean? I know we can't show our bras and underwears duh! Short dresses and skirts came from the era when women was so fed up dealing with men abuse and people telling us what to do. And it wasn't scriptural and Godly based. It was based on their selfish desires and abusive ways.

Short dresses and skirts isn't bad unless you wear shorts underneath whether it's jeans or other fabric and that the shorts is mid thigh length. Mini skirts are intended to show your behind. But mid thigh length is still reserved and not inappropriate. Unless I'm being deceived

Do you like to wear revealing clothing, and feel confident doing it, because you know it is sexually attractive to men? Or are you still in denial? "I do it for myself" means you do it because it makes yourself feel good (and sometimes sexually aroused) to be sexually revealing to men. It's normal. Exhibitionism is a common interest. You don't need to lie. If you want to be modest, look at how much men are covered up. That's modest. Showing your tits, ass, upper thighs and/or pussy lips, isn't modest. And absolutely no one is saying you have to be modest. Just don't pretend that it is. Dress however you want. Just know that presenting your body is going to attract people that are attracted to your body.

Tbh I don't care about what men feel about my body. Because my body isn't sexual at all. It becomes sexual if I show my nakedness to public then it becomes sexual. Otherwise it's not. Because I carry myself appropriately and everyone's intuition is right about me. That they can tell that I carry myself good and well. And that I'm not promiscuous. I don't get aroused by men looking at me. Im a demi sexual. If he looks good and makes me laugh and have a good personality. Then it sparks natural interest in me personally. But I don't use my body to allure men. Because being covered up still brought the wrong intentions. Which is very sad. That's why I'm asking others to see what the heck is going on here because it never made sense to me at all

Men trying to look up your skirt has zero to do with dressing modestly, it has everything to do with you wearing a skirt. Did an employer refuse to hire you because you didn't expose yourself. No it was a children's store. They didn't hire me because they said I dressed too modest. Which everyone else thought it was very weird and off putting for them not to hire me
