Why do girls smile at you one week then not the next are they telling in that body language

She did that because she was trying to get your attention and apparently it didn't work is my guess. So she gave up. That is what it sounds like to me. Girls will smile and try to get you to notice them in hopes you will go over and talk to her or whatever. If you don't she will think alright he isn't taking the bait and she isn't going to try it again because she knows that it didn't work. You don't give a whole lot of context to the situation so I could be totally wrong here. If there was something specific then it might change my opinion.

Well we work in the same building as each other and one week she smiles at me and let’s out a laugh but then she does not

You could be misreading. I have a friend of mine that wanted to talk to me but I was scared my dad would walk in and do his usual mile long talk. So I think she may seem cold but something else could be going through her mind.

For success with women. Keep the conversation simple and tip-toe around until you find out the dates of her period. Then calculate the dates of her ovulation.
