She called me “my guy”? I don't know how to take this as? Friend zoned perhaps?

My manager told me to hold his position until he gets back from the bathroom. As I got into his position the other manager (my crush) told me “Just go back & do the dishes my guy.” All I said was “what the heck” in a somewhat surprised tone since I just got there & she wanted me to go in the back. The thing is, that day when I first got in to work, I saw another co-worker I’m cool with & said “What’s up there my guy.” & she was around me when I said that to my co-worker. I have never heard her say that phrase before (my guy). So it seemed like she was using my slang.
For a quick background, she has a boyfriend, but seems like she is interested in me at times. It’s more of a hot & cold situation, but more hot than cold. Lately we seem to have some sort of communication barrier between us, almost like we can’t really communicate well enough, or a bunch of misunderstandings & miscommunications. It’s been like this since we’ve recently had a somewhat weird encounter having to do with false gossip. Someone told her I said something when I didn’t, & it led to me telling her that I had a crush on her. After that little convo she was cool with me that day & it didn’t seem it made her uncomfortable. After that encounter we haven’t seen each other for almost 2 weeks.
Yesterday was the first time I seen her since that conversation happened. She was a little stand offish at first but after I engaged her in convo it seemed her mood improved a bit & then that whole situation happened with her calling me “my guy” & me saying “what the heck.”
She left a couple minutes after, but didn’t say bye. As she was leaving, I was outside on break in my car. & we held eye contact for a bit & it looked like she was walking to me. (her car was in the other direction by the way)
As soon as a car passed in front of us that’s when she changed direction to go to her car, & she just left. It honestly felt like she wanted to talk to me, but then changed her mind after that car passed in front of us.
She called me “my guy”? I don't know how to take this as? Friend zoned perhaps?
