Those kind of incels just want to place blame on everything and everyone but themselves. They feel entitled to sex and will lash out against women for not giving it to them.
I don't know where you got your information from. But a person says hello or making eye contact would not be considered sexual harassment. Also who you going to report it to if it didn't happen at work
