Girls, Is it an insult if your guy friend says he talks to you as if you’re one of the guys/homies?

I have this married female friend who was upset when I verbally told another lady that the reason why I talk the way I do is because I talk to her like one of the guys. My friend took offense to this. She told me not to talk to her as if she’s one of the guys because she was born as a woman. She really got offended by that statement recently. She’s been extra sensitive with me lately and being overly nosey when I’m talking to other people in a crowded room she can hear me out of everyone and I don’t talk loud.

do you consider being talked to like one of the guys a bad thing?
