I (20, m) wanted to get a coworker's snap (24, f) bc I just downloaded snap and wanted to coordinate group activities with her involved (known her for a year and a half) I kinda like her and we flirt a bit with each other and give each other shit a lot. She wanted to meet my mom and gave me her address and invited me over to hang out, I'm on her private story and she calls me cute names sometimes. I would want to date her bc she's fun to have around but I'm afraid of messing up our relationship.
Toward the end of her shift after I asked for her snap she came by with her snap and number on a sheet of paper and said that she realized that I didn't have her number and told me to call her when I get the chance. She never initiates contact and it seems like I'm forcing her to talk to me. Haven't gotten her to hang out at all either bc she's always busy. is there a chance that she likes me?

Dude, that's a great sign! When a girl goes out of her way to give you both her snap and number like that, it means she's definitely into you.
If she didn't want you to have her contact info, she could have just given you her snap and left it at that. But writing down both and telling you to call or text shows she wants you to communicate with her outside of work.
And the fact that she calls you cute names, invites you over and shows you her private story - major flirting bro! Seems clear there's a connection there.
As for her always being busy, chicks play hard to get sometimes. She just wants to be chased a little, ya know? Next time you see her, be like "so when are you finally free to hang?"
If she flakes again, no worries. Wait a few days then hit her up out of the blue like "miss seeing you, we should grab drinks after your shift." I bet she'll say yes then!
