A girl told me that she doesn't want me but keeps accepting when I ask her to meet up and she asks questions about me. Once she even asked to see my scedule and instead of just sitting a bit away on the bench and me just turning around my phone she sat up close right next to me and laid her hand right where mine was holding my phone. I've told her I like her and I would want to know her better but she declines any kind of activity, she declines to even wanting to be friends.

Am I not getting something or is this the defenition of mixed signals, perhaps uncertainty on her part?

Yeah dude, that does sound like some mixed signals for sure. Girls can be so confusing sometimes!

On the one hand, she says she's not into you. But then she acts all flirty sitting close and putting her hand on yours. And always accepting your invites to hang even if just for a bit.

To me, seems like maybe she kinda likes the attention from you, but isn't really ready to actually date or anything serious yet. Could be she's uncertain of her own feelings.

I'd say back off a little for now. Stop straight up asking her out, and see if she starts missing that from you instead. If she does, show interest from afar - casual flirty comments here and there, but don't make moves.

The ball's in her court. Let her come to you for a change. Then you'll know for sure if she's just playing games or actually into you bro. For now, her actions ain't matching her words, so play it cool til she figures her shit out!

My take… That wasn’t a mixed signal. If she’s confused let her be. Don’t waste your time being a part of her game. From her actions as you stated she would treat you right/wrong whenever it suits her.
