My pushy family member keeps trying to force me to meet up with her but I dont want to see her what should I do?

i told her im busy with hospital appointments but she didn't really listen and now she is coming to my town just incase i get out of my appointment early I've told her no but she isn't really taking no for an answer and she's just ignoring my boundaries. she is also super clingy and will send endless text messages all throughout the day moaning about her problems

- Don't reply to any of her texts complaining about problems. She's just trying to manipulate you into feeling bad.

- Let her know one last time you won't be able to meet up because of your important appointments. Say something like "I'm really busy and stressed, hope you understand!"

- When she gets to your town, don't answer calls or texts saying where you are. Lie low at home with your phone on silent if needed.

- After, text saying you got caught up and it's late now, maybe next time. Don't apologize or feel guilty!

- Consider distancing yourself in general if she won't respect your boundaries. Don't be afraid to put yourself first.

- If she keeps bugging you, tell other family so they know to back you up and not give out your location!

- Stay strong mama! You don't deserve to be stressed by people ignoring your "no". It'll be ok!

Listen to your family, kid
