Technically at this very moment, yes.
A lot of things are run by men and it's very hard to go without. From services to certain jobs. A lack of men would make things dangerous. Like a sudden decline of male doctors and other medical staff would cause a shortage and that would be dangerous.
Electricity, fuel, internet, food, etc would also suddenly not be supplied.
Over time women are more than qualified to fill these positions and they would have no need for men.
If you're just talking about in her personal life, like a partner or something, then definitely no.
There are more than enough women who don't have a man in their life as is.

No, that used to be the case when women weren’t allowed to have homes or bank accounts in exclusively their name. These days, a man is not necessary to a woman’s survival. Maybe entertainment, but you don’t need to necessarily have that as your exclusive source of entertainment when you have plenty of other options like the internet or books.
