Girls’ do you get creeped out if an older guy is asking you for a favor as friends’ ?

I am trying to ask my sons’ girlfriends’ to do me a favor , my son is 19 years old and d at work, so I don’t want to bother him , so I figured I ask his girlfriends’ who are friendly with me as well , for some help? Is that wrong to do? Will his girlfriends get the wrong impression? I consider them as friends’ even though they have flirted with me before

Depends on the favor. I think I'd only find it creepy if it required me to be physically close to &/or alone with him, & it's something he could easily ask someone else to do instead of me.

Like if he asked me to help fix something in his house while everyone else was out, & he could have asked my husband instead, I'd be worried he's a creep. If he asked me to grab something at the hardware store so he could fix the thing in his house by himself, & it's while my husband is at work so he can't do it, then that I wouldn't be concerned about.

I just asked her if she could drive me up to the store so I could get more beer , but then I told her not to , because I didn’t want her to get the wrong impression whatsoever, she is my son’s friend and I know her well , she is over my house a lot , so at the time I didn’t think it be that big of a deal , and then I am like shit , maybe to her it is so I told her to forget it and that I was sorry to put her on the spot like that , She didn’t respond back to me , so I just let it go , and I told my son what I did , he was like yea Dad , that was probably weird for her. I apologized lol

Okay that's good then, I think kids at least usually understand if parents do something weird just from not think about it. That u realized & apologized means she will prolly not be much worried about it especially if she already knows u well on good terms. Maybe once 21 could pick up beer for u lol

Besides Uber’ing there - if it is for beer you say - well then just DoorDash or similar… Sounds like u want to ask for a ride , & not so much b/c of running an errand, but other motives… Don’t ask them !! - Otherwise u r gonna be that weird older guy !!

why cannot you Uber? That would be my first thought no matter if a normal friend of mine or you were friends dad (the only exception of when that would normal is when it’s immediately family, significant other, or maybe best friends since childhood) … Otherwise they will feel like you are just imposing (outside of it being may be a bit weird)!!! You better off asking for $$ for an Uber (still imposing but slightly less weird)!!! Good luck!!
