No. I think men can imagine much better what it's like to be a woman in this society than women can men. Men 100% live harder lives in western society. I say western society because women are definitely more oppressed in the east.

We have many more expectations. We're judged more harshly. We're cared about less. We're much more lonely than women on average. Women are definitely more fraternal. We're verbally and mentally oppressed. And so much more.

There are women that have transitioned into men that cry about the life of a guy and how incredibly lonely it is. When women try making men's dating profiles and see what it's like on the other side, they feel undesired and start to see just how trashy most women are online to men.

There was this lesbian woman who set out to prove how easy men have it, by dressing and living as a man.. It lead to her eventual suicide. Most women could not handle being a man let alone understand it.

No we don't.
We can try to imagine, put ourselves in another's perspective, but we won't ever truly know.
Same applies for the other way around. Which is why it's sometimes more easy to discuss certain things with the same sex, and sometimes more rewarding to learn from the opposite sex.

No, I don't think women really know what it’s like to be a man, and I've never heard anyone suggest that they do? Do you think men really know what it’s like to be a woman? Does a dog know what it's like to be a horse?

Clearly not. There's that case of a woman who decided to cosplay as a man for a year to show how easy it was. She ended up killing herself a few years later and said how society treats men is horrific. Paraphrased, but just look up Norah Vincent was her name.
