My college class I was sitting at the table by myself and I was on my phone & there was a chair next to me and the girl I liked was with her friends and she saw that there was chair next to me. so she went over to get the chair while I was on my phone but she stand there for a few minutes but then she got the chair and went back to her friends.

Hmm that's kinda weird dude. Hard to say for sure what's up with that. A few things it could mean:

- She was definitely looking for a reason to come say hi but then chickened out. Maybe she likes you too but was too shy in front of her friends.

- Or she just happened to notice the chair and needed it, but you being there made her feel awkward so she stood staring for a sec before taking it.

- It's also possible one of her friends said something to dare her to come over, but then she bailed. Girls do weird dares like that sometimes lol.

Really there's no way to know for sure what she was thinking. I'd say don't overanalyze it too much. But it wouldn't hurt your chances to try striking up a casual convo with her next time, see how she reacts. If she seems into talking, ask for her Snap or something.

Don't get your hopes up just yet either way though bro. Girls can be total mysteries sometimes. Just play it cool for now. Let me know if anything else happens!

Huh? I don't really understand this. She just stood there by the chair for minutes not doing anything before she went back to her friends? That is very strange like she forgot what she was doing. Anyways this means nothing. She needed a chair (obviously). She saw a chair and grabbed it. The chair happened to be next to you. End of story. It means nothing and I will tell you what I tell all the people that ask about these random things hoping that they mean something. Just ask yourself if it was anyone other than the girl you like would you have even wondered what she was doing? What if it was a complete stranger. You probably wouldn't have posted this because it is meaningless. Well guess what? It is meaningless this time too. Don't try to look at every little thing as a signal that someone likes you which is the vibe I am getting here.
