Pardon my ignorance but what are "HV men"? You are not referring to HIV ridden men, are you?

Going through the internet, HV could stand for a number of thing but I don't think you mean

HV - high voltage

HV - hypersensitivity vasculitis

HV - helping verb

There are probably a number of different meanings but if they are related to pornography, then I can't see them because the security settings of my browser will prevent me from seeing them.
