Girlfriend wanting to share your dessert: does it happen to you too?

I think most of us have been in the same situation. You go out for dinner, and when the waiter comes and asks if you’d like dessert, my wife always says no. I insist she picks one, but she still says no. But when I pick one and just before the waiter leaves, she’ll typically ask him to bring two spoons. You’ve guessed it, half of ‘my dessert’ is hers.

The other day, we went for a coffee. It was a self-service place, where you order at the counter. I told her we could get an extra-large coffee and share it, but she didn’t want that. Two small coffees she wanted, each his/her own cup. I’m puzzled.

Had the same issue but witu food. Always asked her if she wants something bec im out getting some. She says no. I bring back food and she eats half of it leaving me hungry. It would have been no problem for me to simply get more I don't know women sometimes. Now I am smarter and will bring more than needed for me lol

I never share food or drinks with anyone. Can't stand the thought of it really.

We sometimes do if we want to check out a new restaurant. We like Indian food, so it's common for us to order several dishes, some spicy, some less, and try them out.

But yes, in a normal situation, you each order your own plate.

I cannot stand sharing food. I don't know why some people are like this like just order your own
