What does this mean? Was this intentional?

Hi.
A girl who knows that I like her.. gave me an item at university to put away and asked me where she should put them, when she gave them to me, as she let them tip into my hand her fingers brushed against mine for 2-3 seconds, it was like a all her fingers were moving touching mine very gently and as if she couldnt hand them to me properly, it felt nice as her hands were beautiful and soft.

She is very quiet most of the time won't speak to me first. sometimes she does speak first but rare.. but when I speak she talks instantly. When she always warms up she sometimes gets me items for herself and me which where I dont have to get up and gets things for me. She does open up and can tell me how she Is feeling on some days too. She is very confusing seems like an unsure type.

Should I just keep talking to her and giving her items (sometimes food) she likes to decline but always accepts and see where this goes

The situation I have been told is strange. I have asked her out briefly 2x and both yes.

Then I asked her out and she said we can organize this online and I said let me know and she said totally... as she was touchy and very freindly but that didn't materialize and se didn't go out. She didn't text in months and now back at college she is being or hinting in person again. she is a unsure and confused type and very shy.

Would you say that accidental finger touching or kind of tickling of fingers on mine is accidental or usually purely intentional?

I am good talking to everyone and usually people get on well with me but hints sometimes I miss when I'm deep talking and thinking in conversations.
