Men are attracted to good looking women (or other men, if they are so inclined). Women are attracted to guys (or girls, or both). I fail to grasp why you say men are less attractive.

You mean we see less of the male body in movies, ads and so on? Maybe because men are more visually inclined and like to see a woman in sexy clothes, or no clothes at all.

Not in real life though. Go to the beach any time. Loads of male bodies there. I'm sure the athletic types get all the looks from women.

attractive male bodies are harder to sculpt and overall rarer in society

attractive female bodies just need to be maintained and men have greater tolerance for minor differences e. g. hips not being as wide

that's why the 80/20 rule exists

hot men such as Channing Tatum and Ryan Reynolds can have thousands if not millions of groupies while millions of men can't even get one woman to look their way

plain women such as Kristen Stewart can have just as many male admirers as Megan Fox

The average girl is not more attractive than the average guy but more girls look better because they have to. They are judged based on that. Many men who have pot bellies and fat cheeks can still be with a thin and attractive girl if they earn well. At least that’s how it is in my country.
