a girl had to be just lean to mostly look good.

a guy on the other hand has to be lean and have a good amount of muscle mass to look good. If he is just lean he’ll not look as masculine.

I don't think so. I've had women appear flirty to me (perhaps that's the key word there lol for me to me lol) and I'm just lean, minimal muscle if any.
So sometimes it's more just about vibe and personality than about looking gym fit, it's just looking happy, healthy and clean (not dirty, smelly or torn clothes and a nasty frown) lol. 😁😜😂👀👀👀

I think a guy would need to bring Something special to the relationship. Either a great body, or good bank account, or great career, or social status. good looks. If he had either one of these he will be fine. While a woman just need to be hot and young
