Since a lot of people on the internet seem to be debating over which gender has stronger lower bodies on average, I decided to ask this question.

I am stronger in legs then my boyfriend but the truth is men are stronger in Lower Body and Upper body. The difference in Lower body strength is much smaller. I am stronger then my boyfriend in legs not because I am a woman its because I train my legs hard and he rarely trains his. When it comes to upper body arms, shoulders chest related power I can't come remotely close. I out perform my boyfriend by 20 to 40% in most legs exercises but I can't do one third of his bench press or many other upper body exercises. I can out plank him though endurance wise. but in sure power his abs are stronger. We are very close in the dead lift again because he don t train legs much but he beats me in that one.
In most cases men are stronger then women. Then again it all depends on many factors.
On average there is no way to tell as every human in the world would have to be tested the same and that is to hard to do. But mens records for lower body strength are higher than women's records.
Men will always be stronger in average. That's just how nature made it
