No, I would never look at someone and determine that it would be easy to manipulate them and then do so. I am just not that type of person. I am sure there are some girls that do take advantage of people regardless of being autistic or not. I am sure that there are guys that are manipulative as well. That is just the sad fact of the world is that some people have that character flaw and exploit those that can be manipulated. To say that most girls would do this wouldn't be true. Most girls would not take advantage of someone and especially if they were autistic or had a different disability for example. That said I will reiterate my previous point that there are bad people in this world that would do it... sadly.

If you believe someone is doing this to you, stop talking to them. If you don’t trust them, leave it be
