So I started this job a few weeks ago and saw a girl around me who I thought was really pretty. I caught a glimpse of her peeking at me a few times, so at first, I didn't think much of it, but then it happened more consistently over time. Every time I see her around, she's always social and bubbly around people, but when she gets near me, she gives me the silent treatment. I tried to talk to her, say hi, or just ask her simple questions here and there, but it's like she doesn't talk. I'm not very good at this; I am very introverted and find myself overthinking things and simply making whatever makes sense work. There have been times when she'll be near me, but she won't say anything. There will even be times when she kinda leaves when I get near to interact with people I talk to on a daily basis. I'm feeling a bit lost and unsure about what to do because I want to approach her, but I don't want to come off as weird or awkward. I really respect her and want to make sure I approach her in a way that shows that. Apology in advance for the grammar.

People can feel when others have intentions with them. If those feelings are not reciprocated, that is when they take their distance. It seems that you give that kind of vibe that you want something from her.
Give her the distance she needs and don't try to approach her at all cost. If she does not talk to you, then let it be and don't force a discussion. That would only lead to the opposite of what you hope.
If you try to approach her, then you will appear weird or awkward. It is her decision after all whether she wants to let her into her life or not. Don't force it.
Who knows, maybe she is simply shy or introverted, and feels more comfortable around other people.
