"incel" is just the modern day version of "racist". Being called a racist used to be a horrible thing because everyone knew it was bad, but it got used to often and so inaccurately that the word lost all value. And incel used to be a huge insult because people really look down on guys that can't get laid, but it's starting to be used for literally anything now.

Both terms just mean "I don't like you but I know calling you cuss words doesn't matter so I'll pick a popular derogatory term" and now both words don't really mean anything. I see players get called incels and I see egalitarians get called racists. So if people keep using them in the literal opposite context, they become worthless.

For the last question... I think the reason they do it so often is it's just another ad hominem attack and for women, their favorite 'go-to' attack is to attack your ability to get laid. But yeah, they always go for the ability to get laid and their #1 attack, and INCEL's by definition can't get laid so obviously they'll say that shit too. Like look at me for a second...
