Can a simple hi or hello can get me rejected from people who have crushes me?

Can a simple hi or hello can get me rejected because I have 3 people who are possibly crushing on me at the same time! but I can't have any relationships!

1. Girl 1, she always invades my space and always stands very close to me. Note: She happens to be a country girl, and country girls in my state loves men with huge trucks.

2. Girl 2, she is very shy, always smiles, plays with her hair, and giggles. Always tries to start a conversation with me when im too busy.

3. Girl 3, she's from online, and she checks my online profiles every day on a online forum I go to for computer shit questions.

I saw on dating apps time to time that women give us warnings to us if we say a simple hi or hello they either won't respond or blocked us.
