How do I reject people who like me romantically?

I (18f) am aware of two people in different friend groups of mine having a very obvious crush on me and I don’t know what to do. Suspected for some months, but over time their feelings for me move blatantly obvious. Those being (16m) and (17f).

Issue is I don’t feel the same in return, but I do like them as friends since I known them for a good amount of time. Plus, I’m not interested in relationships right now since I find relationships draining and I just want to focus on moving out of my parent’s house. Not to mention the age gap may be a bit of an issue.

I am not used to people liking me romantically nor am I used to it. In fact I don’t under why people are attracted to me all; so, the whole situation makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. If anything I fear hurting their feelings if either. I want to let them down easy just don’t know how.

I think one way to give somebody's attraction the kiss of death is to express interest in other guys around them. Jealousy might hurt for a short while, but it will instantly kill any romantic interest they have in you. I'm not saying you should pretend to have a boyfriend but you could talk about some imaginary and non existent crush you have with a friend you talk to who lives in the Netherlands etc... that way, if a guy you actually like is interested in you, he won't avoid you thinking your taken and those two guys will give up cause they assume you don't like them in that way.

I might actually do this since I do have a friend who lives very far from me and we talk to on the regular. If either start to start a conversation I’ll just talk about my friend who lives far away and that should be easy since I swear he gets into so much drama.
