Girls, What if a guy enters the ladies' restroom by mistake? What is a girl's immediate reaction?

I won't repeat the same question I initially had that the other girl has already asked which is how do you do this by mistake? I think most guys would immediately realize their mistake upon seeing girls washing their hands and fixing their hair etc or that the bathroom had a lack of urinals and just stalls. I don't know if all men's restrooms have urinals but that is just an educated guess. If he still didn't realize what he had done I'd simply tell him you are in the wrong restroom. Luckily the ladies rooms are just stalls and they have doors so there is little worry of him seeing anything. At least that is the way they are here in the US.
