When first meeting two girls at a bar, when they say “we’re going to the bathroom” what should a guy (s) do?

Pretty much just what the title says, you chat with girls for a few minutes and they say they’re going to the bathroom. What do girls want guys to do that in that situation if the girls like the guys? Assuming if you don’t, it would be to stay away but we won’t know that unless you never come back.

Will girls always come back to the spot where they met the guy if they like them or not necessarily?

doesn’t it come off as needy if the guy is just waiting there? does it mean they’re not interested if they don’t come back to the same EXACT spot? what if they girls are on some other spot in the bar, should a guy re-engage? Maybe it’s my autism but it seems more nuanced than just wait for them.

what are some scenarios you’ve seen? i’m assuming one is you stay in the exact same spot for 15 minutes and girl comes back. Another is probably they didn’t even go to the bathroom they just went to another spot in the bar but you may not know that unless you followed them to the bathroom…what situations have you seen?
