Is this level of modesty in a woman unusual?

My girlfriend doesn't wear revealing clothes because she thinks it isn't ladylike, she only thinks her lover should see her in revealing stuff. She dislikes bikinis because she thinks they're basically bra and panties, and says she'd feel embarrassed walking and swimming around in them.

It may be modest but in my opinion only so by comparison. It’s a personal choice , upbringing. Culture etc to dress as she sees fit.
The modest women are definitely the more appealing to me. Leaving nothing or little to the imagination while appealing to many men and women in my opinion often sends the wrong message or is done purely to seek attention Looking attractive is not directly related to how much skin , figure or curves are on display for me it’s character , warmth , personality , attitude , confidence.
I wish this modesty was more usual

Exactly the same as any woman of any merit here , bikinis are not an accepted part of the culture , purely for sluts like bar girls and the like , her level of modesty is very common , particularly in Asia.

Though not a majority by any means, some women believe in modest dress and behaviour, whether because of religion or a desire not to be ogled.
