Should women dress more modestly?

If you find a girl that shows a lot of skin, short dresses etc… first off it attracts a lot of male attention that’s why they do it but anyway she’s probably jumped around more guys. It’s nice to look at but you know she’s probably a red flag 🚩and more distracted

I’m not Muslim but sometimes I like the way their girls dress in a headscarf as it’s sometimes cute and shows modesty and wifey behaviour. As she’s Not the type of girl that’s been around, in and out of relationships with baggage. I just don’t want to convert religion.

Just because someone shows less skin means nothing about how much they've "been around."

When I was a teen who'd been with NO ONE, I used to wear booty shorts and short shorts because that was the fashion. Had nothing to do with my morals or that I'd had lots of sex. I hadn't. I was a rather conservative Catholic girl. But I dressed with the times.

So, there are those who flash a lot of flesh because there's a lot of that happening in fashions.

Go to the beach. Women might as well be naked with the dental floss they're wearing for swimsuits, which they never even enter the water in. It's just another excuse to dress flimsily.

Has a lot to do with the age of the wearer. The younger, the more skin shown. When I was 19, I wore a bikini. At 20, I wore a Speedo that I could exercise in and didn't fall off when I dove into the pool (which happened with that bikini... end of that phase.).

And, when you're real young and don't have a job to go to, you can dress like you like. Can't wear booty shorts to the office and keep a job. WIth age comes wisdom.

But don't make assumptions about someone solely based on what they wear.

All people should dress modestly, but they don't because they like to look good to the opposite sex and really to everyone. People love to show off so you can't really fix that. And you even said "its nice to look at", if you want modest people you also need to be modest and not be looking at it. If you can't even do that you have no right to judge lol.

I'm ok with girls dressing the way they want. I just wish they would try to be a little more considerate of the male gender. Try to dress for the attention you desire. I think women of the older generations might have thought more about this then the ones of today do. I don't know. You can't expect them to understand what it is like to get a boner almost every time a pretty girl walks by. That is the way I was in my teens and through my 20s, and some into my 30s.

For the ignorant who push this notion it's everyone should show more skin more often so the need to waste resources of clothes is reduced. Fast fashion is a crime and those who engage in it are bad.

That said it's also known that access to the sunlight during daylight hours and moonlight in the night is helpful for the body developing the necessary chemicals to retain healthy function and positive mental state.
