For those that said wait (or not), do you think it's better to do physical things but not really a relationship? I was trying to find the right way of asking. I found this book talking about how we like to experiment at about my age and I thought I was reading about me.

if you're under 18, don't bother. 16 is pushing it. it's just, these relationship just don't last and are usually a waste of time. i'm actually glad i didn't have a boyfriend in high school. what an awful stage of life (teenage-hood) to have to deal with the stress of that PLUS a relationship

I get my first true relationship at 18 , but it was serious relationship. In general I would say that 14-16 perfect time for teen love (without sex )

What's the alternative to waiting? A woman can invite a man out instead of waiting to be asked.

I didn't mean it like that. I just meant wait to have one at all, not who starts things. Girls start it anyway the boys are too scared.
