Why do I look and act so awkward all the time?

I don't know how you look so I can't say.
But the most common causes for such a self image is lack of experience of life, low self esteem and self worth. Comparing yourself to someone else usually an influencer, socialite or a model of some kind.
Most importantly tho it usually stems from how you might be used to validation from parents (external source), to feel validated and worth something (this is extremely common and more pronounced in over bearing or over protective parents.).

No way of knowing without knowing your personality or how you look. I will comment that social anxiety and shyness can cause one act awkward, I know I suffer from both and act awkward at times.

Everyone is different and things affect everyone one differently, how one handles social anxiety is going to be the same as everyone else. You don't get it because your not a man, the issue isn't that I can't handle anyone under 18, the issue is, it's a combination for my safety and not being a good looking for a grown man to be sending personal messages to under age kids, especially girls.
