Since she betrayed me and I told her we should go on separate paths.
Then without asking she deleted our Instagram pictures together on our shared Instagram, and then deleted our Instagram. It was a business page but I was using it still. I told her so she restored it. Then suddenly she deleted it again? She said she could restore it again but I mean wtf? Why do It twice without thinking to ask? It felt deliberate and spiteful.

If she was aware and did it again anyways it seems on purpose and out of pettiness, I don't know how y'all left off but it seems she took the petty route.
100% petty behaviour. We ended things okay, it sounded neutral but her actions a bit passive aggressive or something I don't know
Sounds complicated, I understand the complications, but maybe confrontation is the best option here, maybe calling her out on her bullshit will shame her into doing the right thing.
Well I tried confronting last time and said I was still using it. I could say something more since she just did it again but I just told her to keep it deleted and she said 'oki'.
Alright sounds like it's time to move forward now, not much more to seek for there.

Well it was clear we were taking separate paths and I made it all very clear. Her apology was not good, it felt self centred and I was done with this friendship. Anyway she sounded neutral about it but her actions seem a bit spiteful. I think she's secretly angry or something
passive aggressive, the situation is a bit difficult. But I think you should do her a favor and surprise her. I tried this. she was surprised and her anger disappeared then I relaxed.
When people see kindness at an unexpected moment, they can no longer hold a grudge against you.
