A person that decided to turn bad cannot be a good person in the first place. Whoever this Javier Enrique Araujo is, he is unknown to be and his face does not inspire me confidence. I would probably pull out my pepper spray if I would come across him in a dark alley and pre-dial 9-1-1, just in case...
What is COMPA? Is that a Colombian gang? A sort of tea? A clothing label? A screaming cacophony group?
Why he changed from a hidden bad guy to a real bad guy? Only he can answer that question but I would guess that he was fed up to be bad in the background and wanted to be bad in the open, something like a closeted bad guy that needed to do his coming out.
