The truth is that most rhinoplasties end up looking ugly, except for those with aquiline noses, since those noses are naturally horrible, however, as I am a medical student, in the end it is better for me that people have plastic surgery.

A classmate from my university had a rhinoplasty and ended up looking like Voldemort.

I admit that aquiline noses are horrible, my high school girlfriend had an aquiline nose, she was attractive but her nose was not, the first few days I saw her, my friends would tell me "she's hot" and I would answer "come on, can't you see her nose?"

Unless it’s medically necessary, I don’t see the point of plastic surgery. Then again, I’ve never had self image issues. I’ve always loved myself as I am. Anyway, do what you want, I suppose.
