Girls, Why does it seem it’s more socially acceptable for a woman to hit a man?

It's an outdated notion. Men are taught as boys to never hit a girl no matter what, and some women know that and take advantage of it.

It's a myth that a woman can't physically harm a man. My brother has a scar on the side of his face from where his wife hit him with a picture frame, and a permanent bump on his head where she hit him with a bowl. He finally had enough one day and almost knocked her out. She has never hit him again. They are still married and thankfully I think their relationship is in a better place.
