Girl Is really stressing me out?

I have no idea what's going on with this girl she's really weird, so basically I've been noticing for quite a while now she looks at me a lot, which is fine I don't mind people looking at me. Over the shoulder looks, out the corner of her eye, looking at me when other people are talking to her, to the point where the people she's talking to will start to look over to see what she's looking at, you name it she's done It. And I've also noticed that her friends sometimes point me out to her to which she'll turn around and look. But when I seem to try to be friendly to her she outright ignores me even If I just say "hi" to her. And when she has to interact with me (because of the job she works in) she'll just stand there in silence and not say anything until I speak, but sometimes she's able to engage me like she does other people, but it always goes back to square one every time,

She's absolutely not like this to anybody else and can interact with everyone, but she can't with me and it's within the same setting, she'd be interacting with me the exact same way as she would with other people, I've always been very nice and respectful to her

How do you know she isn't like that around anyone else? Do you stalk her 24/7? I assume because you make mention that "because of the job she works in" you are seeing her where she works. If that is the case then perhaps you are creeping her out by always staring at her. Before you say that you dont stare... how would you know she is glancing over her shoulder or out of the corner of her eyes? You'd have to be looking at her to know that wouldn't you? So maybe she is thinking the same thing that "here is some creepy guy constantly looking at me". Perhaps that is why she is trying to do it discreetly and she just gets noticed because you're constantly looking at her. That is my guess. No matter... it means nothing most likely.

She stared looking at me all the way back in December of last year, I don't constantly look at her I've got an anxiety disorder and I'm hyper aware of her looking at me, sometimes it's verging on staring and it's also like she can sense my presence, every time I'm near she's always looking in my direction. So I can't help making eye contact with her
