Is she just blowing me off? Can I have some girl advice, please?

There's this girl whom I've had a huge crush on for awhile. I've never asked a girl out before, or really even been interested in girls, but she is the exception. Let me start by saying that I asked her if she had any plans for this summer about a month ago and she said that she would just be working all the time. I then asked her if there was any room in her calendar for me to take her out to a nice dinner sometime and she replied with "well, I don't get off until 7 PM" and I said "we could do it after that." She didn't really have a response, but she kinda giggled but didn't tell me "no," but it sounded like that she was just trying to be nice to me & not reject me. A couple days later, I was at the little snack shop the other morning and I had my headphones in & she was there with her friends & she came up and tapped me on the shoulder and started talking to me. Later that week on her graduation night and when I saw her, she came up to me and started talking, but for whatever reason, I just kinda blew her off and didn't even give her a hug or anything. I felt like an ***hole :(. I then texted her the next day saying that I was sorry for being rude & I had some other things only mind and I would still like to have dinner with her. She texted me back a few hours later saying "Hey!!! Sure I'll let ya know when I have time!" Long story short, this was about a month ago and she still hasn't texted me. Do you think she was just blowing me off?

well i mean being a girl we are programmed to be stupidly sensitive so going by what happened first : i think she may have been hurt and thought you had lost interest and really didn't care to talk or spend time with her, which doesn't sound like that was the case. my second suggestion that she might just be a player type and was flirting with you just to play with your emotions because she knew you liked her and took advantage of the situation, thus she implied that there was a possibility that you were going to get to go for dinner with her but she never intended on it. but if it is the second choice she isn't worth it and you deserve better and someone who will want to spend time with you and want to text and talk to you all the time :) im sure she is out there you just have to find her :) sorry if it sounded harsh btw.

Dude, its just a girl. She is not the only person in the world nor is she the only "good girl" out there. You were too focused on her and its messing with your self esteem. it has nothing to do with you, this is her and her either preferences or commitments. You need to just go out and have fun with your friends, chat up other girls etc.

You sound too hung up on her, but yeah, if she wanted to go out she would have texted you. Delete her number, delete her facebook, and move on.
