It's a loop, when it comes to importance it's a loop, when it comes to difficulty then what you stated requires more effort since it's many responsibilities that require more action, worries and solutions, but importance wise, a woman is like the neck and the man is the head, the neck supports the neck and a woman's role in a relationship is to be strong when the man is weak, that includes things that require more emotions and reason, the man does his role supports, provides and protects has a bad day, the woman picks him up, he gets back out there again, guy is angry, woman calms him down, he gets back out there, gets stressed, the woman helps him relieve stress and to reason, he gets back out there etc.
