lol more than likely it’ll always be rude. If you think about it when you’re inside your house at night the lights are on, until you go to sleep. Yes sometimes we may just turn a lamp on w low light. Then when it’s day time whether it’s sunny or cloudy there’s always some light. Meaning she’s probably going to think she doesn’t look good at all if you only think she looks good when the lights are off. It’s the same reason strip clubs have low lights. Because when the lights come on a lot of those strippers look hideous. That’s why they were so much makeup and dance, entertain usually men, in low light settings.

If you have to ask, then you know it is rude and such a comment can only come from a person that has no education, that lacks a minimum of self-esteem and dignity and that probably has a low IQ.

Unless of course, this person just spams and trolls the community with such a question. This is another possibility and probably much more likely.
