How do you deal with women who won’t take no for an answer?

I went on three dates with this woman and felt like we weren’t compatible enough for a relationship and proposed that we be friends with benefits. She turned this proposal down and ended things with me. I reached out to her two weeks later and suggested that we be friends because I’d still like to get to know her. We hook up a few times and she starts asking where this is going. I tell her nowhere and this is just a friendship. She ends things once again, now unfollowing me and ignores my calls and texts.

Three months later, I see her at a mutual friend’s house and I ask her if we can talk and reconcile. She once again asks if I want to take things seriously or is this just a friendship. I tell her that we will never be more than friends. She then says that she has no desire to be friends and blocks me on everything.

Why can’t she take no for an answer?
